Retailers and $15.00 Min wage

Retailers have huge problem if and when Min wage is raised to $15.00 an hour. How can they continue to profit if they are forced to pay this much more? This could be a disaster for retailers and retail workers. Places like Mc Donald's have already looked into replacing human workers with machines. So who is being helped here?
